Chilled Water Fan Coil Units

Our Chilled Water Fan Coil Units vary are offered in the range of 1.0 to 2.5 tons with DX chilled water or heating coils for cooling & heating purpose. The units can be either placed on the floor or suspended from the ceiling. The cooling coils are made of copper tubing and sine wave aluminum fins with vent valve for air removing. The motors for blowers have 3 speeds to work for comfort level. The casing is made out of G.I. sheet and powder coated as per the customers choice. The cooling and heating coils are made of copper tube and aluminum fan.

Fan Coil Unit Filter are designed to meet the requirements of high efficiency filtration under high chemical exposure and high humidity conditions. These are available in 3 different variations namely: H.D.P.E (High Density Polythene)pleated/rod type Pleated Channel type and Rod-Frame type PH Filter. All the pre filters are made under strict quality control scanner for complete .

Construction: are made from high quality synthetic non-woven media supported by stitching HDPE media on both sides. Media is then stitched and housed inside a rod frame.

horizontal type suitable for ceiling suspension
vertical type suitable for floor mounting

Casing:

Galvanised sheets of heavy gauge steel with suitable drain tray to avoid sweating
The fan coil unit are (double skin) painted with stove paint/ h. T. Paint, electro static paint as per customer requirements

Blowers:

the multi blade forward curved centrifugal type aluminium fan wheels statically and dynamically balanced are driven by extended shaft motor

Fan Motor:

3 speed permanent split capacitor type motor with extended manual speed selection

Drain Fan:

heavy gauge
Double skin insulated drain pan extend full width of coil collect condensate from chilled water coils valve and fitting with provision of drain nipple to avoid overflow

Cooling Coil:

3 row deep 3/8 o. D. Copper tubing aluminum fin construction provide maximum

Heat transfer:

The water inlet and outlet are provided with flare nut for connections to control valves.

Air Filter:

Filter is made of expanded aluminum mesh/ HDPE media/synthetic non-w oven media and is permanent cleanable type filter the air to a maximum deg.
